Capital-light model

Product is manufactured under contract at a flat toll on existing infrastructure. Indoor Farms funds sales, distribution, trials and data — not plants.

Three streams from one process

Dried NovaGreens™ for cattle; pelleted and powdered formats for equine, swine and poultry; and NovaJuice™, the pressed liquid fraction, as a third product line.

Data-led go-to-market

Controlled on-farm trials with paired controls and independent statisticians generate the herd dataset no competitor in the category holds.

The opportunity

Why now.

A category with demand and no scaled supplier. Dried sprouted barley already retails in specialty channels; nobody supplies it to cattle operations in bulk, to specification, with trial data.
Feed-price volatility. Organic corn doubled inside a year. A year-round, weather-independent supplement is a supply-security product as much as a nutrition product.
Existing infrastructure. Our process runs on equipment and facilities that already exist in the grain-processing industry, so scale is a contracting decision, not a construction project.
Channel-led margin. Dairy and beef build the reference accounts and the data; specialty channels — calf and transition, equine, monogastric powder — carry the margin.
US and Canada. Multi-site rollout planned with contracted processing partners across the Upper Midwest and the Canadian prairies.
