NovaGreens™ · Dairy & Beef

More from every pound your cattle eat.

NovaGreens™ is a shelf-stable sprouted-grain supplement that goes into the ration you already feed. Peer-reviewed trials show sprouted barley improves feed efficiency and milk nitrogen efficiency in lactating cows — and we measure milk, butterfat and herd performance with you, on your farm, before you commit a ton.

What it is

A supplement, not a substitute.

NovaGreens™ is barley sprouted under controlled conditions, then gently dried to roughly 88% dry matter. What you get is a consistent, high-sugar, highly digestible energy feed that tops up your existing TMR or pasture program at 2–4 lb per cow per day.

  • Feeds alongside your ration. It does not replace forage, grain or protein — your nutritionist adds it to what is already working.
  • Safe at meaningful inclusion. Multiple controlled studies report no adverse health, metabolic or rumen effects at 10–30% of ration dry matter.
  • Consistent by specification. Every lot is dried and tested to a published dry-matter and protein spec — no seasonal drift, no mould risk of wet fodder.
  • Priced per cow per day. We quote the way your nutritionist runs the numbers, so the return is visible before the first delivery.

Built for cattle

Dairy and beef, front and center.

Two programs, one supplement. Pick your herd to see the endpoints we measure and the ration guidance your nutritionist will ask for.

What we measure

The numbers a nutritionist will actually accept.

Feed-efficiency and nitrogen-efficiency gains are already documented in peer-reviewed dairy research. Milk yield, butterfat, herd health and longevity are the questions your herd will answer — so every NovaGreens™ trial declares those endpoints in advance and measures them with weekly DHIA testing and an independent statistician.

Green = published, peer-reviewed. Gold = declared endpoints measured in your on-farm trial.

Scale

Built to feed the cattle industry, not a demonstration barn.

We have developed a process that runs on existing industrial infrastructure and equipment, so NovaGreens™ can meet the supplemental feed needs of the cattle industry at massive scale — produced to specification, dried for storage and shipped like any other feed ingredient.

Supply security

Year-round, weather-independent production with 95% less water than irrigated forage. When grain markets swing, your supplement doesn't.

Specification you can hold us to

Every lot ships with a third-party wet-chemistry panel. Consistency is the feature — and the thing wet fodder systems never delivered.

Feed-safety first

Ingredient definition, state registrations and a documented mould and mycotoxin testing regime before the first commercial ton leaves the plant.

Beyond cattle

Horses, pigs, poultry — the same biology, different rations.

Sprouting drives a 92–97% reduction in phytate, which matters far more in monogastric diets than in the rumen. Our equine, swine and poultry programs — including pelleted and powdered formats — are built on that difference.
